This e-commerce campaign on Amazon.com/Walmart.com/Walgreens.com involved developing and executing online marketing and sales strategies to promote and sell products through these platforms.
Objective:
Create a global strategy for Genomma Labs that optimizes all its e-commerce pages and maximizes its results.
Perception:
Consumers are more educated than ever. In the past, a potential buyer would have to physically enter the store to make the best decisions. Today, access to vast amounts of information allows consumers to weigh all their options before making a decision.
Solution:
We focused on our consumer's "buyer's journey" as an optimization point to impact the decision-making process and drive incremental sales. By leveraging customer reviews, product benefits and real testimonials, we were able to guide the consumer to an informed decision and our desired outcome. Finally, we updated the brand's visual identity by giving it a more modern look and repositioned it to be more people-oriented, thus turning potential consumers into empowered followers.
